Issue description
Templates missing the headings/white boxes of sample cards. The sample cards show things like "Str vs. Ref" with a white box below it. However, when you load the UCS set into MSE, nothing like this shows up for any of the cards. There do appear to be hidden boxes where you can manually type in, say, "Str vs. Ref" and get the white boxes. But given the samples, I expected these to be filled in already. If this isn't implemented yet, it would be helpful to put a note somewhere that right now, users are expected to type in the "Str vs. Ref" by themselves. Thanks!
