Suggestions: When approaching a template design for Power Cards, I think it's important to approach it from the perspective of a player, build the function around then, and then create your form.
Eg: P: 'I want to use power x' DM: 'What type of power is it?' P: 'Based on the color, it's an at will / encounter / daily' DM: 'What type of action is it? What is power source? Is it ranged? What is the attack using for it's stat? what is it versus? what is the range?'
I think the 4 most important questions I find myself asking the player are: power type, action type, stat source (str, dex etc), and defense (what is the attack versus).
Many card templates have the action type, as well as the range and / or source (weapon, area, burst). But if a player has to read the card every single time to determine the stat source and / or defense, it slows combat down.
