You lock a single opponent in a battle of wills. Each round, the target must make a Will save. If the save fails, the target is dazed and can take no actions this round. He is not stunned, and can defend himself from attacks normally. If the Will save beats the DC by more than 10 points, the power ends.
If the save is successful, the target can make actions normally. However, if the target chooses to manifest a power, the manifester can choose to make an opposed Concentration check to disrupt the power.
Augment:
- By spending 4 additional power points, the target is stunned on a failed save, rather than dazed.
- By spending 2 additional power points, the target takes 1 point of temporary Wisdom damage on a failed save
- For each 2 points you spend, the saving throw DC increases by 1.
