You lock a single opponent in a battle of wills. Each round, the target must make a Will save. If the save fails, the target is dazed and can take no actions this round. He is not stunned, and can defend himself from attacks normally. If the Will save beats the DC by more than 10 points, the power ends.

If the save is successful, the target can make actions normally. However, if the target chooses to manifest a power, the manifester can choose to make an opposed Concentration check to disrupt the power.
