You link your mind with another psionic creature's mind, creating a brief conduit through which mental energy can be transferred. You may transfer up to 2 power points from your power point reserve to the target. If multiple targets are affected by this power, you decide the amount of power points to be transferred to each target, so long as the total number of power points transferred does not exceed 2. No target can receive more power points than their manifester level, and this power cannot increase a character's power points beyond their usual maximum.
Augment: For each additional power point you spend, the number of power points that can be transferred is increased by 2.
